Walor enters agreement to join forces with Ziik
I am thrilled to announce that we have entered into an agreement to be acquired by Ziik.
The whistleblowing software category has evolved rapidly since the EU introduced its well-known whistleblowing directive in 2019. What started as enterprise-level solutions has expanded to include smaller, more specialised systems, which has improved the space overall.
Some of the most important parameters for any SaaS business are reach and distribution, so when the opportunity arose to expand from a Nordic setup to a global reach with Ziik, we couldn't pass up the chance to join forces.

A key benefit of this partnership is that Walor can now be seamlessly integrated into the Ziik intranet, enhancing the value of the existing intranet that Ziik customers rely on today.
There will be no disruption to service for current customers, and we’re committed to supporting all of you as we move forward with the combined business.
