General
Personal data is all kinds of information that to some extent can be attributed to you. When you use our website, we collect and process a number of such information. It happens for example by common access to content if you sign up for our newsletter, participate in contests or surveys, register as a user or subscriber, otherwise use services or make purchases through the Website. Purpose
Walor collects, processes and uses personal data where these may be necessary for us or for your activity with and in the system. The purpose of collecting, processing and using these personal data is only to offer you the respective product and services, optimize these services, to register your purchases and payments or to offer personalized advertisement. The legal basis for doing so, is the agreement concluded between the customer and Walor. In collecting, processing and using your personal data, Walor will at any time act in accordance with any applicable legislation.
Security
Walor has taken all technical and organizational measures needed to avoid your information being accidentally or illegally deleted, published, lost, degraded or come to the knowledge of unauthorized persons, misused or otherwise processed in violation of the law.
Period of storage
The information is stored for the period permitted by law, and we delete it when it is no longer needed or relevant for the purpose for which it was collected. The period depends on the nature of the information and the background of storage. It is therefore not possible to specify a general time frame for when information is deleted. In any case, personal data will be deleted within two months after the purpose for collecting or processing these data has ended or after the end of the relationship between the Data Processor and the Data Controller, unless otherwise prescribed by law.
Disclosure of information to third parties
Disclosure of personal information and transmission of your personal data to third parties will only happen if you give your express consent thereto. The customer can ask us to stop the disclosure of personal data at any time, regardless of whether this has been agreed or the customer has otherwise consented to it. However, we do not obtain the customer's consent if we are legally obliged to disclose personal data, for example as part of a statutory reporting to a public authority. We only use data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection. We transmit personal data to third parties only if this is necessary in the context of the contract or if it is used to target advertising. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation.Access to Personal DataYou have the right to at any time have access to your personal data. The customer has the right at any time to know what data we process about him, where it comes from and what we use it for. The customer can also find out how long we keep personal data and who receives data about the customer. However, access may be restricted for reasons of privacy, trade secrets and intellectual property rights.Right to have incorrect personal data corrected or deletedIf the customer believes that the personal data we process about the customer is inaccurate or incorrect, the customer has the right to have it corrected or deleted.Right to oppose or limit the processing of personal dataThe customer has the right to object or limit our processing of personal data.
